Here are 4 ways to relieve various types of headaches:
1. To relieve sinus headaches, use the tips of your fingers to press the points on both sides of your nose. This is called the drilling bamboo point.
Apply pressure for at least 1 minute. Then massage under the eyes with gentle circular motions.
2. To relieve migraine headaches, press the bridge of your nose (third eye point) firmly for 1 minute.
Then use your thumbs to massage the points at the back of your head halfway between your ears and spine.
